OPTIMISATIONS / ENHANCEMENTS
Logbook - Allow bulk editing of logbook entries
The following changes have been introduced on the Logbook grid:
Trip Type:
- Clicking on a record on the trip type column will display a toggle that will allow the user to change the trip type of that logbook entry. Once toggled, changes will be saved automatically.
- Updates done on the trip type column will display in the Update Status Column as listed in
Notes:
- Clicking on a record on the trip note column will display a text box that will allow the user to enter notes for the trip. Once the user presses the ESC key on the keyboard or clicks away from the text box, the changes will be saved automatically.
- Notes is limited to 500 characters.
- Updates done in the Note column will display in the Update Status Column as listed in 1.1.3.
- If no changes are made in the notes text box and the user exits, no Update Status will be displayed.
Update Status
- An “Update Status” indicator will only appear for the record that was modified and will disappear once another record is edited.
- The Update status includes the following:
- Success – Indicates that the change has been completed successfully.
- Retry – An error occurred, and the record was not updated; the user must resubmit the change.
- A loading indicator will be displayed to inform the user that the record is being saved.
Fleet Logic Live Tracking - Drivers - Add group view sorting option for group child members
Sorting of Drivers’s Group children’s members in Group View according to the below is now possible:
- Tag
- Name
- Last Reported Date
- Status
Fleet Logic - Driver Management - Remove the ability to manually add a new driver.
- Add button to create new drivers was removed from Driver Management Grid.
- On Edit Drivers, the Tag Type dropdown was removed.
- On Edit Drivers, the Tag Code input was removed.
BUGFIXES
Fleet Logic - Live Tracking - Working list displays the incorrect Sort Option
- On the Vehicles, Locations, and Alerts working list on Live Tracking, the sorting label was previously incorrect in both List and Group View. This displayed as:
- Vehicles: Sort Drivers according to Last Reported Date
- Locations: Sort Drivers according to Location Name
- Alerts: Sort Drivers according to Event Date
- This has been corrected to display the following:
- Vehicles: Sort Vehicles according to Last Reported Date
- Locations: Sort Locations according to Location Name
- Alerts: Sort Alerts according to Event Date
Fleet Logic - Reports - Driver Reports displaying errors when selecting a different report
- When generating a Once Off Driver report and selecting an unlabelled Driver for the report, then changing the report type, the unlabelled tags displayed incorrectly. This has been resolved, the form will reset the driver’s field when attempting to change the report type.
Fleet Logic - Account Settings - Fuel Rebates Start and End date column is not in selected user date format when grouped
- On Fuel Rebates when grouping columns according to Start or End Date, the format of the date that displayed in the grid did not match the date format selected under My Settings – Date Format. This has been resolved, the date on the grid will display as what was selected under My Settings.
Maps: Vehicle on None Selected Working list appears in selected list when clicked on
- When adding vehicles to the selected list and clicking on a vehicle on the none selected list, the vehicle from the none selected list appeared in the selected list.
- This has been resolved, when selecting a vehicle in the non-selected list, it does not appear in the selected list.
Maps: Clustered Vehicles displaying Alerts as undefined
- When hovering on a vehicle cluster on the Map, the Alerts displayed undefined. This has been resolved
Fleet Logic: When creating a new record, the edit window appears
- When clicking Edit on a record, closing the Modal Window and Clicking ‘New’ to add a new record, the edit Modal Window appeared.
- This has been resolved, the new Modal Window appears now.
- This is applicable to all Edit and New Modal Windows in the UI.
Alerts: Edit Alert Configuration displays an error message
- When clicking ‘Edit Alert Configuration’ on Vehicle Management and Alerts, an error displayed.
- This has been resolved, the modal window opens, and no error is displayed.
Reports – Actual Hours Travelled report is blank when Scheduled
- Create a New Schedule Report for Drivers and select “Actual Hours Travelled”.
