NEW RELEASES 

 

Live Tracking: Print the current Map view

  1. A “Print the current View” control has been added to the map on Live Tracking, “Save the current View”.
  2. Once selected, the option to print the map will open in a separate browser tab which will allow the User to print or save to PDF.
  3. The control will print exactly what the user sees. (Clustering/Unclustered vehicles, Locations, Traffic Heat and Events etc.)
  4. The printing is applicable to Tracker Street Maps and Open Street Map.

 

Reports: Enable users to generate a report in a new browser tab.

  1. This is applicable to once-off reports (Vehicles, Drivers, Groups)
  2. The generate report button will now have a drop down to allow the User to Generate reports in a new tab.
  3. When this option is selected, a new browser Tab will open, and the report will display.
  4. The Browser tab’s title will display the Primary Identifier along with the report name e.g.: Tracker Fleet Logic: Summary Trip Log – 122TESTGP.
  5. A loading indicator will display in the Browser Tab while the report is being generated.
  6. When a report is generated for multiple vehicles, a new Browser Tab will open for each vehicle. Please ensure Pop up’s are allowed for all reports to be displayed. When Pop ups are enabled, a notification will display.

  1. The Browser Tab will display the report, using the Browser's built-in PDF viewer.
  2. When the reports are opened in the browser, the User will be allowed to continue with other tasks within the application.

 

Reports: Ability to see TomTom devices as well as do trip relays and reports

  1. The ability to do Trip Replays and generate reports are now available for the below TomTom Profiles:
  • TomTom LINK 
  • TomTom LINK 510
  • TomTom LINK Lite

OPTIMISATIONS & ENHANCEMENTS

 

Reports: Increase in number of vehicles to be selected for a report

  1. A user will have the ability to add more than 10 vehicles when generating a once off Vehicle report or a Vehicle Scheduled Report.
  2. The limit has been increased to 20.
  3. When the limit has been reached, the “Generate report/Schedule report” button will be disabled.

 

BUGFIXES

  

User Management: Inconsistency on Cell Number and Email fields

  1. Previously the email field was not disabled when clicking "edit" for a user-on-User Management, the necessary changes have been made to restrict the editing of these fields. Now both the email and cell numbers are not editable.

 

Vehicle Management: Trip Summary data not fetched when performing a replay after navigating to Live Tracking via the Show On Map button in the Vehicle Management grid.

  1. When clicking “View on map” on Vehicle Management, the user is navigated to the Live Tracking Page. When clicking on the replay button, selecting the date range and clicking submit, the loading indicator displayed indefinitely. 
  2. This has been resolved and trips are now returned. 

 

Working Hours: Fix Working Hours Day of Week values.

  1. Previously the first day of the week started on a Monday, a change has been introduced where Sunday will now be displayed as the first day of the week. 
  2. This has been resolved.

 

Maintenance: Create Maintenance schedule notification required fields

  1. When creating a new Maintenance schedule with the Maintenance criteria and set the maintenance reminder as “Both” the "Notify Based on Odometer" and "Notify Based on Time". The fields were supposed to be optional, but they were becoming mandatory after saving the schedule. 
  2. The issue has been resolved and these fields will remain non-mandatory when creating and saving a schedule.

 

Locations: New Location displays Edit Location page after Linking/delinking a vehicle

  1. When delinking/linking a vehicle to a Location-on-Location Management and then clicking the New button to create a New Location, the edit location page appeared. 
  2. This has been resolved and the New Location page is now displayed. 

 

Contacts: Adding a New Contact under notifications does not add Contact to drop down list

  1. When creating a New Contact under Notifications on Vehicle Management, the newly created contact did not appear in the Contact drop down list. 
  2. This has been resolved, the Contact appears in the list with the details displayed in the Contact Field. 

 

Locations: Area Type Sites allowed on Connect Contract Options

  1. The below Vehicle Profiles will have access to create a Site under locations.
  • Trailer Connect
  • Trailer Locate
  • Motorcycle Basic
  • Empower
  • Empower Customized
  • Connect

        2. Vehicles which have any of the above function types will be available to link to a Site under locations.

        3.The below Profiles will not have access to Site Visit Reports

  • Trailer Connect
  • Trailer Locate
  • Motorcycle Basic
  • Connect

        4. If a vehicle is being linked to a site where another vehicle is already linked with an incorrect function, an error is     displayed. To resolve this issue, the user would need to clear all the vehicles from the list and reselect them. Vehicles that do not support this function will not appear in the list.
