Groups/Contacts: Group Management grid data paging
- A new data paging feature has been added on to Group Management and Contacts Management.
- The data paging will be displayed at the bottom of the grid which will allow a user to select the number of items to be displayed per page.
- The available page sizes are: 10, 25 ,50, 100.
- The default page size is 25.
The following options are available per page size depending on the number of records per grid.
- Go to first page
- Go to previous page
- Go to next page
- Go to last page
- The user will also be able to click on the different page numbers.
- The number of records will display at the right-hand corner of the screen.
Account Settings – Fuel Configuration: Display validation messages beneath controls on the Fuel Rebate create/edit form.
- When creating a Fuel Rebate, the End Date will no longer default to a date.
- The following messages will appear:
- The end date must be greater than the start date.
- A validation message will be displayed when an Oil Company and Fuel Type already exist for the time period selected.
- The validation message is “There already exists a fuel rebate entry for this Oil Company and Fuel type combination for the provided period.”
OPTIMISATIONS & ENHANCEMENTS
Vehicles: Display validation messages beneath controls on the Vehicle Maintenance Schedule create/edit form
- A user will now be able to see validation messages on the form controls.
- This is applicable when creating a new Maintenance Schedule and editing a Schedule.
- The messages are valid on the Name and Description fields.
- The Name field is limited to a maximum of 250 Characters.
- The Description field is limited to a maximum of 500 Characters.
- The validation message will only be displayed once the number of characters has been reached.
- The email and SMS fields will also display a validation message.
Vehicle: Display validation messages beneath controls on the Vehicle License Reminder create/edit form
- A user will be able to see validation messages on the form controls.
- This is applicable when creating a new License Reminder and editing a Reminder.
- The messages are valid for the SMS and email fields.
Vehicles: Display validation messages beneath controls on the Vehicle edit form
- Validation messages has been added to the form control on Vehicle Management
- The validations are applicable to the following Screens
- Edit Vehicle à Details
- Alias – Maximum of 40 characters
- Odo – No negative Values allowed
- Target Fuel Consumption – No negative Values allowed
- Edit Vehicle à Emergency Contacts (Create/Edit)
- Name & Surname – Maximum of 100 characters
- Cancellation Code – Maximum of 50 characters
- Cell Number – Please provide a valid cell number
- Edit Vehicle à Notifications (Create/Edit)
- Title – Maximum of 25 characters
Vehicles: Add loading indicator to the Vehicle drop down to indicate that it is loading data
- A loading indicator has been added to the “Select a vehicle field” under Log Book

- A user will now be able to see validation messages on the form controls.
- This is applicable when creating and editing a group.
- The messages are valid on the Name and Description fields.
- The Name field is limited to a maximum of 250 Characters.
- The Description field is limited to a maximum of 500 Characters
- The validation message will only be displayed once the number of characters has been reached.
Drivers: Display validation messages beneath controls on the Driver create/edit form
- A user will now be able to see validation messages on the form controls.
- This is applicable to adding New Drivers and editing existing Drivers.
The following fields will display a validation message:
- ID Number
- Cell Number
- Qualification
- Notes
- License Number
- Validation messages will only be displayed once the maximum character limit has been reached
Locations: Display validation messages beneath controls on the Location create/edit form
- A user will be able to see validation messages on the form controls.
- This is applicable creating a new Locations and editing existing Locations.
- The validation message will be displayed on the Location name field.
- The Name field is limited to a maximum of 250 Characters.
- The validation message will only be displayed once the number of characters has been reached.
Contacts: Display validation messages beneath controls on the Contact create/edit form
- A user will be able to see validation messages on the form controls.
- The messages are valid for the SMS and email fields.
- This is applicable when creating a new contact and editing a contact.
- Additional checks can be done across the User Interface where a contact can be added and were editing of a contact applies.
Expenses/Vehicle: Display validation messages beneath controls on the Expense create/edit form
- A user will be able to see a validation messages on the notes field when creating or editing an Expense.
- The validation message will only be displayed once the number of characters has been reached.
- The Save button must only be enabled if the character limit is within limits.
- This is applicable to Expense Management and Expenses under Vehicle Management
Account Settings: Display validation messages beneath controls on the Physical Address and Postal Address edit form
- Validation messages has been added to the form control when editing a Physical address and Postal address
- Number - Maximum of 10 characters
- Address Line 1 - Maximum of 50 characters
- Address Line 2 - Maximum of 50 characters
- Address Line 3 – Maximum of 50 characters
- Suburb – Maximum of 200 characters
- City – Maximum of 100 characters
- Postal Code - Maximum of 10 characters
- Postnet Suite must also display the validation “Please provide a valid Private Bag number e.g., X193”

- Validation messages has been added to the form control for Account numbers and Account Holder
- Account Holder - Maximum of 25 characters
- Account Number - Maximum of 50 characters
User Management: Create & Update processes
- A user will be able to successfully create a new user under User Management
- A user will be able to successfully update a user.
User Management: Display validation messages beneath controls on the User create/edit form
- Validation messages have been added to the control form for when creating or editing a User under User Management
- Name - Maximum of 100 characters
- Surname - Maximum of 100 characters
- Responsible Person - Maximum of 50 characters
User Management: Display validation messages beneath controls on the Role create/edit form
- Validation messages has been added to the form control when creating or editing a Role under User Management
- Role Name - Maximum of 150 characters
- Role Description - Maximum of 150 characters
Reports: Display validation messages beneath controls on the Report Schedule create/edit form
- Validation messages has been added to the control when creating or editing scheduled reports.
- The Email Address field will display “Please provide a valid email address e.g., john@acme.com”
Reports: Add a loading indicator to indicate that a Logbook entry's trip positions are loading
- A user will now have an indication that a logbook trips positions are loading on the map
- A loading indicator will be displayed while the trips are loading.
BUGFIXES
Vehicles/Drivers/Areas: Error on Group Management
- An error appeared when trying to link Vehicles, Drivers, and Areas on Group Management.
- This has been resolved. Vehicles, Drivers, and Areas can be linked successfully.
Vehicles: Accessing the application if no vehicles are assigned to their account
- When a user did not have any vehicles assigned to their login and tried to log into the UI, an error appeared.
- This has been resolved and users can now log in even if vehicles have not been assigned.
Vehicles: Rank availability on Emergency contacts
- When changing the Rank of an Emergency Contact on a vehicle that was greater than two contacts the UI provided an error.
- This has been resolved, when editing an emergency contact, you will not be able to update to a rank greater than the number of contacts.
Vehicle: De Linking of Groups not removing Group Name on Vehicle Management
- When de – linking a group for a vehicle under Vehicle Management, the Group name was not removed. This has been resolved.
User Management: Displayed two notifications when deleting a Role and adding a new one
An error occurred when:
- Creating a new permission
- Linking it to a user
- Deleting that very same permission
- 4 Linking another role to the same user
- A solution has been implemented, and now users can link and delink roles, as well as create new ones.
- The User-Management grid can now also be refreshed without any error being shown.
- This has been resolved
Profile Icon: Release Notes
- The Release Notes tab was only available to users with Super Administrator Role and not to all users.
- This has been resolved and the Release Notes tab are visible on all Roles.
Locations: Colour on Location Export incorrect
- After importing Locations and then doing an export, the colours displayed on the export file were incorrect.
- A change has been made where the colour will no longer be available on the import spreadsheet.
- The User interface will now automatically define the colours as such:

Locations: Validation Messages naming must be the same
- The validation message when importing a file under locations did not display consistent wording.
- This has been resolved and the validation messages will display “Record” with the actual message.
Contacts: Events Filter on Contacts not Functioning as expected
- When sorting and filtering, results were not rendered correctly
- This has been resolved and both “Filter and Sort” now returns the correct results.
Expenses: Expense type not displayed in the header on Vehicle Management
- The Expenses header on vehicle management did not display the Expense Type.
- This has been resolved, you will now see the Expense Type when creating a new expense.
My Settings: Web Fleet Language data not populated
- The language drops down field under My Settings were blank.
- This has been resolved and English will now be the only available Language.
Maintenance: Maintenance Export File does not display the Name Column
- When exporting a file on Maintenance Management, the Name column was not displayed, the column has now been added.
License: No loading indicator displayed when creating/editing a License.
- When creating or editing a License Reminder and clicking Save, the loading indicator was not displaying.
- This has been resolved and the loading indicator will now display.
