Vehicles and Licensing: Licence create/edit form

• The Licence create/edit form will now display a Contact Selection control to select the person to be notified.
• This is applicable on the Licensing Screen on Vehicle Management and on Vehicle Licence Management.

Reports: Editing of email address 

• When editing an email address on scheduled reports for a Vehicle, Driver or Group Report the new email address would display on the Grid but not on the modal window. 
• This has been resolved, the captured email address or the selected email address from the contacts will now display on both the Grid and the modal window.

Reports: Error when editing Driver or Group Scheduled reports

• When editing any information on a Driver or Group Scheduled report an error was displayed. 
• This has been resolved and the reports can now be edited.

Maintenance: Error message displayed on Vehicle Maintenance record when edited.

• When clicking edit on a maintenance record on Maintenance Management an error displayed. 
• This has been resolved and no error will display once the modal window opens.

Working Hours:  Save button stays disabled when editing a working time

• Where multiple working hours exists for a specific working day and you unselect a specific working hour for the day, the Save button did not enable the user to save changes.
• This has been resolved and the save button now enables to save the changes.

Contacts: Saved Notification not displayed when editing a Contact

• When updating information of a Contact on Contacts Management, the “Saved” notification would not display. 
• This has been resolved and the “Saved” Notification now displays.

Person to notify drop down label changed to "Select a Contact"

• The label on Person to Notify displayed "Select a Item", this has been amended to display "Select a Contact”. 
• This is applicable on:
  • Vehicle Management ->Licensing ->Add/Edit
  • Vehicle Management ->Notifications->Add/Edit
  • Vehicle Management -> Emergency Contacts ->Add/Edit
  • License Management -> Add/Edit
  • Driver Management -> New
  • User Management -> Create

Licensing: When person to Notify is removed an error displayed

• When adding a New License reminder and selecting the Person to Notify from the Drop-down selection or when removing the Person to Notify an error would display.
• This has been resolved, the error will no longer display.

Licensing: Inconsistent disabling of notification channels

• When changing the “Notify Via” method to Email the Cell number field would be disabled. When changing the Notify Via method to SMS the email address field would be enabled.
• The following changes has been implemented.
  • When Email is selected as a method, the SMS field will be hidden.
  • When SMS is selected as a method, the email field will be hidden.
  • When Both is selected as a method, the Email and SMS fields will be visible.
  • The above is applicable on all screens that has the Notify via option.

Licensing: Vehicle License Notify via details not updating

• When changing the “Person to Notify” and the “Notification Method” and clicking Save, the old records of the previous contact would display. 
•  This has been resolved and the correct updated details and notification will display.

Groups: A Save and Error message displayed when De Linking Group Members

• On Group Management, when Clearing the selected “Vehicle Members, Area Members or Driver Members” and clicking Save, an Error message and a Save Notification displayed. 
• This has been resolved and only a Save message will display.

Vehicles: Fuel Consumption update on a cross routed vehicle would not keep values

• When updating a value for Fuel Consumption on certain cross routed and non-cross routed vehicles the value was not kept.
• This has been resolved and the values are now kept.
