NEW RELEASES 

Vehicles: Vehicle Management - Notifications - A user will not be allowed to edit/delete notifications on cross-routed vehicles which he/she doesn't own.

1. A user will not have the ability to Edit or Delete any Notifications if the Notification was not created by the same User. This is applicable to cross routed vehicles only.
2. E.g. Vehicle ‘Test112GP’ is cross routed to login 'John Doe' but belongs to login ‘Tomb Raider01’. John Doe creates a notification for vehicle Test112GP. John Doe is now able to edit or delete that notification since it was created on that login. 
3. ‘Tomb Raider01’ will also be able to edit/delete that same notification that John Doe login created, since the vehicle belongs to ‘Tomb Raider01’.

Vehicles:  Vehicle Management - Unit - A user will not be allowed to edit unit settings for cross-routed vehicles.

1. If a vehicle is cross routed, the Units tab will not be displayed.
2. If a vehicle is not cross routed, the units tab will be displayed if the login has permission to view Unit Inputs, Outputs and Buzzer Details under a Role.

Expenses: Expense Management - Cross-routed vehicles will not be available in the grid.

1. A user will not be allowed to see any cross routed vehicles in the Expense Management Grid.
2. An expense will also not be allowed to be created for a cross routed vehicle.

Maintenance: Maintenance Management - Cross-routed vehicles will not be available in the grid.

1. A user will not be allowed to see any cross routed vehicles in the Maintenance Management Grid.
2. A maintenance will also not be allowed to be created for a cross routed vehicle.

Live Tracking: TTAME - Analogue Fuel Sensor Data

1. A new column has been added to the Vehicle Management Grid, the column has been labelled ‘Fuel Label %’
2. The column will only display a value if the contract has the ‘RF U/S Fuel Sensor’ line-item linked. 
3. If no ‘RF U/S Fuel Sensor’ is added, no value will be displayed.
4. The ‘Fuel Label %’ column will display on the exported spreadsheet and display a value if any is present.
5. The vehicle pop up on Live Tracking will display the Fuel level percentage and a gauge.
6. Please note all values will display a round value e.g.: fuel level percentage is 15.3, the value will display as 15.

OPTIMISATIONS & ENHANCEMENTS

Live Tracking: Trip Replay - Add odometer to replay position pop ups.

1. The Odometer reading will now be visible on the Trip Playback pop up.
2. The pop up will display as follows:

• Vehicle Status
• Speed
• Odometer Reading
• Occurred date and time

Live Tracking: Changed vehicles/drivers working list behaviour for large fleets.

1. The Application will be able to support large amounts of vehicles within the working list.
2. The user will be presented with a group view, if the vehicles exceed the value of 5000.
3. No list view will be provided if the vehicles exceed the value of 5000.
4. When a group is expanded, the vehicles linked to the group will be displayed.
5. All existing actions will still be performed on the existing items (Selection and displaying of vehicles on map).
6. If the login has access to a smaller number of records than 5000, the list and group view will be displayed.

BUGFIXES

Notifications: Grids which consists of a contact number will be labelled 'Cell Number'

1. The below grids label has been changed to display ‘Cell Number’.

• Driver Management
• Vehicle Management Notification Grid
• Notification Management Grid

User Management: Cannot delete a user with a username which contains special characters.

1. An error occurred when attempting to delete a user whose username contained special characters. 
2. This issue has been addressed, and now usernames that include special characters will not cause errors when being deleted.

Live Tracking: Trip Playbacks - Unable to replay trips for a day

1. When Adding Vehicles or Drivers to the selected list on Live Tracking and trying to do a Trip Playback, the number of trips per day did not match the number of trips in the list, the play button for certain trips were not playing trips as well. 
2. This has been resolved.

 User Management: Deleting a User/s immediately after being created does not remove the record

1. When creating a new user and trying to delete the record immediately, the record was not removed. 
2. This has now been resolved.
