Account Settings: TTAME - Reseller Access – Cross-route

1. TTAME user can cross-route a vehicle successfully

Account Settings: TTAME - Regional Settings

1. TTAMME user can select a preferred country under My Settings - Display Settings and the below Countries are available for selection:

• Botswana
• Lesotho
• Eswatini (Swaziland)
• Namibia
• Kenya
• South Africa
• Mozambique

1. The correct currency will appear when creating an expense

Account Settings: TTAME - Account Settings

1. TTAME Users, the following information will be hidden.

• Account Settings Bank Details
• Account Settings Invoices
• Account Settings Statements

1. When creating or editing a Role for a TTAME User, the following permissions will be hidden under User Management Permissions

• View Banking Details
• Edit Banking Details
• View Invoices
• View Statements

1. Please note, if an account has a TTAME Contract cross routed to it, the account will be classified as a TTAMEUSER. Permissions, Banking details, Invoices and Statements will not display. 

Vehicles: Vehicle Management - TTAME - Installation Certificate

1. Users will have the option to download and email an Installation Certificate for a vehicle.
2. This is applicable to TTAME and Fleet Clients.
3. This function can be found on the Units Tab under Vehicle Management.
4. When downloading a certificate, the document will open in PDF.
5. Verify the information on the certificate has the correct vehicle information. This can be validated against TCRM.
6. When emailing an Installation Certificate for a vehicle, the option to select a contact or capture an email address will be applicable.
7. Verify the email address validation is displayed. 
8. The submit button will not enable if an invalid email address or no email address is provided.
9. Please contact me to provide you with the installation certificate once emailed.
10. The downloading and email option for Installation Certificates will not be displayed for cross routed vehicles.
11. The downloading and email options can be switched on and off for a Role under Vehicle Management on permissions.
12. If the permission to download an Installation Certification is switched off, the user that has access to that Role should not be able to download a certificate.

1. If the permission to download and email an Installation Certificate is switched off, the user that has access to that Role should not be able to see the download or email a certificate option.
