NEW RELEASE

Fuel Change Related Disclaimer.

• User will be informed via a disclaimer showing data changes that could impact the Fuel Dashboards

N.B# Any changes will reflect after 24 hours on the fuel Dashboards

• The disclaimer is displayed on the following screens:
  • Creating a Fuel Rebate.
  • Editing a Fuel Rebate.
  • Deleting a Fuel Rebate.
  • Editing the fuel consumption of a vehicle.  (Edit Vehicle modal window.)
• The disclaimer will only be available for Users with an functionality to (Create/Edit/Delete)

OPTIMISATIONS & ENHANCEMENTS

New Count Property on GET Vehicle 

• When editing and saving User information on User Management , the vehicle count on the Vehicle Access icon would disappear
• The fix implemented will prevent this from happening. 

BUGFIXES

403 Error after Granting Access to edit/Create Fuel Rebate and Logging in

• An Error would appear when granting/removing access on a User to Create/Edit Fuel Rebates and logging as this User
• This Error has been resolved and the User can now complete a New Fuel rebate or edit an existing one.

Cross Routed and non-Cross Routed Vehicles Error 

N.B Ability to View 3^rd part vehicles linked to your account

Group Assignment Button (Vehicle Management)

• An error would display showing a loading indicator when selecting a cross routed vehicle and clicking the Group Assignment button to Append/Override the vehicle/s to a group
• This Error has been resolved and the User can no longer select cross routed vehicles to do a Group Assignment.
• An error would display when selecting a cross Routed vehicle and a non-cross routed vehicle on Vehicle Management and clicking the Group Assignment button to Append/Override the vehicle/s to a group. The group did not update for the non-cross routed vehicle
• This Error has been resolved and the User can no longer select cross routed vehicles to do a Group Assignment.

Error When Linking Vehicles on Locations 

• When linking a vehicle to an existing Location, an error would display, 
• This has been resolved and you can now link vehicles successfully.

Save messages not displayed when editing/Creating a notification

• When Adding, editing or deleting a contact under Notifications for a vehicle-on-Vehicle Management, A “Saved or Deleted” message would not display. 
• This has been resolved and the message for the action that took place is displayed.

Vehicle Count removed when updating details on Driver Management

• When editing Driver information or selecting the Group Assignment button to Append/Override the vehicle/s to a group on Driver Management and saving the record,  the vehicle count on the Link Vehicle icon would disappear
• The fix implemented will prevent this from happening.

ROADMAP ITEMS

Fuel Rebates Management (For Fuel Management Module Due June 2023)

• A new Fuel Configuration tab has been added to the Account Settings page and only users allowed to view fuel configurations will be able to view.
• Users will have the ability to capture and manage any fuel rebates affiliated with various oil companies to specify a fixed rebate cost, for a particular oil company and fuel type, per litre of fuel purchased.
