OPTIMISATIONS & ENHANCEMENTS
Reports: Allow the user to specify whether a single or separate reports must be generated/emailed if the report supports multiple vehicles/drivers/groups
- A new option has been added to Once Off Reports.
- This option is applicable to Vehicles, Drivers, and Group reports.
- The option is labelled ‘Generate a single report’ in the form of a check box.
- When this option is selected the user will be able to generate a multi vehicle/driver/group report in a single PDF File.
- When this option is selected the user will be able to email a multi vehicle/driver/group report in a single PDF File.
- When this option is selected the user will be able to generate a multi vehicle/driver/group report in a single PDF File in a new tab.
Reports that do not support the single report functionality. The ‘Generate a single report’ can not be selected:
- Fuel Usage Group (Group Report)
- Distance Travelled Group (Group Report)
- Overspeed Exception (Group Report)
- Summary Trip Log Group (Group Report)
- Trip Logbook (Tax) (Vehicle Report)
- Vehicle Activity Option Summary (Group Report)
- Vehicle Status Group (Group Report)
- Vehicle Usage (Group Report)
- Vehicle Usage Outside Working Hours (Group Report)
- After Hours Travel (Group Report)
- Alert Log (Group Report)
- Vehicle Usage Outside Working Hours Daily (Group Report)
- Weekly Trip Summary (Group Report)
Reports: Allow the user to specify the format of a report when emailing a Once-off report.
- As a user will have the ability to specify a report format when emailing a report.
- This is applicable to Once Off Vehicles/Drivers/Groups reports.
- The following file formats are available for selection:
- XLS
- DOC
- CSV
- The default selected value will be PDF
BUGFIXES
Grid Column - Filters are not case sensitive
- When applying filters to certain grids and entering a search criteria, results were only returned if the criteria was an exact match
- This has been resolved. Filtering on columns across Grids within the UI is now NOT case sensitive.
Live Tracking: Trip Replay - Trip Playback tool bar does not display the Selected Primary Identifier
- When replaying a trip, the primary identifier did not reflect correctly on the playback bar.
- This has been resolved, when a Primary Identifier is selected as (VIN/Alias/Reg) under Vehicle Display Settings, the selected identifier will display on the Trips Playback tool bar.
Live Tracking: Trip Replay - Trips are not listed in the correct time sequence
- When generating trip playbacks, the trips listed were not in the correct sequence.
- This has been resolved, trips will appear in ascending order according to the trip time. This applies to single and multiple playbacks.
Audit Logs: Export All button not available
- The Export All button has been added to the Audit log export option, when selected.
- All records will be downloadable.
Live Tracking: Trip Replay - 500 server error when playing trips for vehicle/drivers that do not have 'canReplay' function
- When adding vehicles that did not have the 'Replay vehicle trip' icon to the selected list, and replaying a trip, an error occurred.
- This has been resolved. Trips will only be generated for vehicles that have the 'Replay vehicle trip' icon.
- The is applicable to Drivers as well.
Reports: Driver Reports
- An issue was identified when selecting ‘Generate a single report’ on Driver reports, the report would not generate data if multiple drivers were selected.
- This has been resolved, the ‘Generate a single report’ option has been removed.
