Select the vehicle 
then select edit 
The below pop-up will reflect
As a user you can edit the vehicles license details
- Last Renewal Date
- Occurs Date
- Notify Via (Email, SMS, or Both)
- Person to Notify
- Cell Number
- Notify On time
Once you are happy with the updates/changes made select save.
