NEW RELEASES 

Alert Configuration: Emergency Contacts on Alerts

1. A user will now be able to see Emergency Contacts details when closing an Alert on Live Tracking and on Vehicle Management Alerts.
2. The following information will be displayed on the top of the Close Alerts Modal Window.

• Vehicle Alias
• Vehicle Registration Number
• Group 
• Emergency Contact 1 Name
• Emergency Contact 1 Number
• Emergency Contact 2 Name
• Emergency Contact 2 Number
• Emergency Contact 3 Name
• Emergency Contact 3 Number

1. The Emergency Contact details will only be displayed for Non-Cross Routed Vehicles. 
2. Cross Routed vehicles will display ‘No data found’.
3. Should an emergency contact be deleted or added under vehicle management, the emergency contacts will pull through to the Close Alerts Screen
4. Group information will only display if the login has access to ‘View Groups’ permission.
5. If the Alias or registration is updated, the updated details will pull through to the Close Alerts Screen
6. (Please note, if a contact’s cell number is updated, it will not pull through to the Emergency Contacts Tab on Vehicle Management or the Close Alerts Screens, the number would need to be manually updated as a Contact and Emergency Contact has no direct link)

Live Tracking: GPS Date / Time

1. A user will now have the ability to see the GPS Date Time value in the Live Tracking vehicle map popup.
2. GPS Date Time field has been added below the existing Last Reported item on the vehicle map popup.

User Management: Linking of vehicle groups to user

1. A user will now have the ability to link vehicles to a user by selecting vehicles individually or by selecting a group of vehicles.
2. This is applicable to User Management à Users à Link Vehicles
3. The option to Select Vehicles or Groups has been added on the Link Vehicles screen.
4. When the ‘Group’ Option is selected, the list will update to show Vehicle Groups with the number of vehicles linked to the Group.
5. When the ‘Vehicle’ Option is selected, the list will update to show a list of Vehicles.
6. When searching for a group or vehicle the results within the list will be returned
7. The group display option will only be visible if the User has access to the ‘View Groups’ permission.

Contacts: Contact Management - Support other countries

1. A user will now be able to capture address information for other countries. 
2. This is applicable when creating or editing a Contact. 
3. The Country drop down has been enabled and a list of countries can be selected.
4. The country field will now be displayed before the province field.

Notification Configuration: Notification Management - Additional Message Content Options for Notifications

1. A User will now be able to specify the information which must be provided in notification messages.  The following notification check box options have been added:

• Group
• Driver Tag
• Alias

1. This will be displayed below the Time Zone field when creating New Notifications.
2. When editing a Notification, the following text will be displayed ‘* Please note that message content options will apply to all notifications for a vehicle.’
3. When selecting a message content option for a vehicle, all other relevant notifications for the same vehicle content option will be selected / unselected.

Vehicles: Vehicle Management - Notifications - Additional Message Content Options for Notifications.

1. A User will be able to specify the information which must be provided in notification messages.  The following notification check box options have been added:
2. Group
3. Driver Tag
4. Alias
5. This will be displayed below the Time Zone field.
6. This is applicable when creating/editing a Notification.
7. A notification box above the Message Content Options selector will display ‘Please note the selected message content options will apply to all notifications for this vehicle.’ 

OPTIMISATIONS & ENHANCEMENTS

Vehicles: Vehicle Management - Licensing - A will not be allowed to manage license reminders for cross-routed vehicles.

1. A user will not be allowed to create, edit, or delete license reminders on cross-routed vehicles.
2. The Licensing Tab will not be visible on cross-routed vehicles, this is applicable to Vehicle Management à Licensing Tab

Licensing: License Management - A will not be allowed to create license reminders for cross-routed vehicles.

1. A user will not be allowed to create license reminders for cross-routed vehicles.
2. Cross routed vehicles will not appear in the vehicles list dropdown on License Create/Edit form 
   

Licensing: License Management - Cross-routed vehicles will not be available in the grid.

1. A User will not be able to see any license reminders linked to cross routed vehicles in the License Management grid..

BUGFIXES

Drivers: Driver Management - Available and Selected Vehicles not loading.

1. When clicking the ‘Link to Vehicle’ icon under Driver Management, the list of vehicles was not loading. This has been resolved and the vehicles will be displayed.

Notification configuration:  Notification Management - Unable to Delete a Record

1. When creating a New Notification under Notification Management and deleting a record, the delete pop up did not display. This has been resolved and the Notification can now be deleted. 
2. Vehicle Management à Notifications must also be verified.
