NEW RELEASES 

Locations: Import areas from a CSV file

• As a user you will now have the ability to import Bulk areas on Location Management
• There is a new download template option available within the Import button.
• The system will allow the user to upload a CSV file and map the data correctly.
• All validations applicable when creating a new location will also apply to the imported data (overlapping areas, location name etc.)

Groups: Add Group name a sync validator.

• When Creating/Editing a Group name on Group Management a validation message will appear if the Group name already exist

Working hours: Working hours.

• On Working Times, a new Time Zone Feature has been added.
• This is applicable when creating/editing of Working Hours
• This Dropdown will allow the user to specify different time zones.

Vehicles: Add the Target and OEM Fuel Consumption columns to the grid.

• On Vehicle Management Grid, two new columns have been added “Target Fuel Consumption and OEM fuel consumption”.
• Both Columns headers should include l/100km
• Filtering and Sorting is applicable on both columns.
• The Target and OEM Fuel Consumption columns will be included on the spread sheet when exporting

OPTIMISATIONS & ENHANCEMENTS

Maintenance/Vehicles: Updated the Maintenance Schedule create/edit form to use the shared Contact Selection control

• A new functionality has been added when creating and editing a maintenance request on Maintenance Management and Vehicle Management.
• A new contact button has been added to create a new contact.

Expenses/Vehicles: Added an Expense notes to the CSV export

• On Expense Management, when downloading the CSV file an Expense note column has been added.
• Vehicle Management -> Expenses - when downloading the CSV file an Expense note column has been added.

Expenses/Vehicles: Import template file which can be downloaded.  

• Expense Management has been Updated with an Import Template which can be downloaded and Uploaded in CSV format for all Expenses available.
• Vehicle Management -> Expenses has been Updated with an Import Template which can be downloaded and Uploaded in CSV format for all Expenses available.
