NEW RELEASES 

Drivers: Driver Management grid data paging

• A new data paging feature has been added on to Driver Management.
• The data paging will be displayed at the bottom of the grid which will allow a user to select the number of items to be displayed per page.
• The available page sizes are: 10, 25 ,50, 100.
• The default page size is 25. 

The following options are available per page size depending on the number of records per grid.

1. Go to first page
2. Go to previous page
3. Go to next page
4. Go to last page

• The user will also be able to click on the different page numbers.
• The number of records will display at the right-hand corner of the screen.

Licensing: Vehicle Licence Management grid data paging

• A new data paging feature has been added on to Licence Management.
• The data paging will be displayed at the bottom of the grid which will allow a user to select the number of items to be displayed per page.
• The available page sizes are: 10, 25 ,50, 100.
• The default page size is 25. 

The following options are available per page size depending on the number of records per grid.

Logbook: Grid data paging

• A new data paging feature has been added on to Trip Logbook.
• The data paging will be displayed at the bottom of the grid which will allow a user to select the number of items to be displayed per page.
• The available page sizes are: 10, 25 ,50, 100.
• The default page size is 25. 

The following options are available per page size depending on the number of records per grid.

4. Go to last page

• The user will also be able to click on the different page numbers.
• The number of records will display at the right-hand corner of the screen.
• All functionalities on Logbook needs to be checked (Filtering, Sorting, Editing, Searching, Exporting)

OPTIMISATIONS & ENHANCEMENTS

Expenses: Filter on the Licence Renewed window to use other expenses

• The Associated Expense for a vehicle license will only display the “Other” Expense type. No other expenses will be available for selection when renewing a vehicle Licence.

Live Tracking: Clearly indicate expanded trips

• When doing a playback, you will now be able to see which trips are expanded.

BUGFIXES

Edit column moves to the end on some grids when saving

• When changing the column order for Fuel Rebates and Fuel Card Transaction Configuration and clicking Save, the edit column would move. 
• This has been resolved and the column remains in place.

Unable to view Account Settings menu option with Fuel-Rebates and Fuel-Card transaction access

• When enabling access to “View” Fuel-Rebate or Fuel-Transaction configuration only on a Role (Role must not have permissions for anything else), assigning the Role to a User and logging in, the Account Settings menu was not displayed. 
• This has been resolved and the Account Settings menu is now visible.

Locations: Locations Import Page incorrect

• When importing a Location, the page Header was not labelled correctly. 
• This will now display “Import Bulk Areas”

Locations: Unknown Area Type 

• When importing a Location, the Area Type Unknown will no longer be allowed. 
• The only area types that can be imported are “Go Places, No Go Places, My Places and Site”

Audit Log: Area drop down blank

• When clicking on the “Select an Area” Drop down on Audit logs, no data was available.
•  This has been amended and data is now displayed.

Login/Locations: 403 Error on Validate area name and area shape

• When logging in with a user which has View Location access only and creating a Location the Save button was disabled which resulted in a 403 error.
• This has now been resolved. 

Login/Groups: 403 Error on Validate on Add Group Members

• When a login has access to View Groups and Add/Set Group Members only, adding Group members resulted in a 403 error.
• This has been resolved and Group Members can be added.

Login/Drivers: View Drivers Access should not be linked to View Vehicle Access

• When a login has access to View Drivers only, clicking on Driver Management resulted in a 403 error.
• This has been resolved and no error appears now.

Login: Access error on Override and Append to Group

• When a login has access to View Locations, View Groups and Add Group Members, clicking on the Group Assignment icon on Locations resulted in a 403 error.
• This has been resolved and Group assignments can be done. 
• This is also applicable to View Drivers and View Vehicles.

Live Tracking: Previous selected trips are not cleared when the Close button is clicked

• When selecting Replay Vehicle Trip for a vehicle on Live Tracking, clicking the close button on Trip Playback and clicking Replay Vehicle Trip for another vehicle, the trip summary of the previous vehicle was displayed and not the current vehicle. 
• This has been resolved and the correct vehicle is now displayed.
