NEW RELEASES 

Expenses:  Expense Management grid data paging.

• A new data paging feature has been added to Expense Management and on Expenses under Vehicle Management
• The data paging will be displayed at the bottom of the grid which will allow the user to select the number of items to be displayed per page.
• The available page sizes are: 10, 25 ,50, 100.
• The default page size is 25. 
• The following options are available per page size depending on the number of records per grid.

1. Go to first page
2. Go to previous page
3. Go to next page
4. Go to last page

• The user will also be able to click on the different page numbers.
• The number of records will display at the right-hand corner of the screen.

OPTIMISATIONS & ENHANCEMENTS

Drivers: Remove the ID Number property from Drivers.

• The ID Number of a driver has been removed from all the Driver related displays.
• The Driver Management Grid will no longer display the ID Column
• The ID Column will no longer be available to hide or display on the grid. 
• When creating a new Driver, the ID Number field will no longer be displayed.
• Editing an existing Driver will no longer display the ID Number field.

Live Tracking: Indicate the playback time when playing a trip.

• The actual time of a trip playback has been added to the playback tool bar.
• When clicking on the playback slider, the time will automatically update the period of the trips time. 
• This is applicable to single and multiple trips.

BUGFIXES

Reports: Removal of Drivers, Groups, Vehicles on Scheduled Reports displays incorrect.

• When editing a Scheduled report and removing the Drivers, Vehicles or Groups details the text did not display correctly.
• This has been resolved and the text will either display “Please select drivers, Please select a group or Please select vehicles”.

Reports: Generate Once Off Group Report does not auto enable View Group

• When enabling Generate Once Off Group Report Only on a Permission, the "View Groups" access did not automatically enable.
• This has been resolved and when the toggle to Generate a Once Off Group Reports is switched on, the "View Group" toggle will automatically switch on.

Reports: Schedule Report button disabled after scheduling a Vehicle Status Group by Status Report

• When scheduling a Vehicle Status Group by Status Report or a Vehicle Status Group report and selecting any other report after, the "Schedule Report" button was disabled. 
• This has been resolved and all reports can be scheduled now.
